The Extraordinary General Assembly of the Iranian Association of Health Cellulosic Industries to elect the Board of Directors and Inspector General and Ali Abdul and the Official Gazette was held on Monday, August 14, 2010 at 2 pm.

The meeting was attended by a representative of the Ministry of Labor (Ms. Mahmoudi), the Board of Directors, and 60 respected members of the Association, both originally and vocally. Prior to the official announcement of the meeting, Ms. Mahmoudi, the Honorable Representative of the Ministry of Labor, reviewed the rules and regulations for convening the meeting, and then the chair of the meeting was elected by a majority vote. The board's report on the Association's performance in 97 was read by the Chairman of the Board, Abbas Fasih Khodroud, and he spoke briefly about each of the clauses, a member of the Board of Directors. A brief follow-up to the annual General Assembly statutory audit report was read by the shareholders of the Iranian Health Cellulose Industries Association. Then, each of the candidates introduced themselves and presented a brief outline of their programs, and finally, with Vahid Najafi writing the candidates' names on the board and distributing ballot papers, the voting process officially began. It should be noted that the Labor and Labor daily was elected by the majority as the official newspaper of the period and the proposed budget was approved.
